Welcome to the online database for the AOC Physician Directory. The purpose of the AOC Physician Directory is to include contact information for every physician in Mobile and Baldwin Counties to save you valuable time and resources when referring patients to other providers. The directory includes the office physical address, phone number, fax number for referrals, NPI number and area of specialty for each physician. 

The AOC Physician Directory has been designed to provide you and your staff with easy online access to the most complete and comprehensive provider information available to us. We strive to include only accurate information but we do not guarantee the accuracy because many physicians retire, move into town, move out of town or transfer to different practices on a daily basis.

This directory would not be complete without your input. Please review your provider information for accuracy. Anytime you see information that needs to be corrected for your practice or any other provider, please let us know by emailing us at aocphysiciandirectory@alortho.com.

This online AOC Physician Directory is a joint effort between AOC and MDnetwork.

Important information to note:

• The printed AOC Physician Directory will only include practicing physicians in Mobile & Baldwin County.  Physician Assistants and CRNPs can be included in the online database, however.
• We strive to print the AOC Physician Directory bi-annually. The directory is mailed to practicing physicians that are included in the book. Other members of the medical community can request their own copy of the directory by sending a request to aocphysiciandirectory@alortho.com. A member of the AOC staff will mail or hand deliver the directories to you. Simply let us know the number of directories you need, your mailing address, contact name and phone number.
• You will find some providers are listed twice. For example, a physician has a regular medical practice and works after hours in a hospital emergency room. However, we will not list providers under more than one specialty. Please select your main specialty for the directory.
• Click Help (this needs to be a short cut to: http://www.mdnetwork.com/npidirectory/NPI-InstructionManual.htm) if you need instructions for using the online AOC Physician Directory.
• National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) now offers a national NPI database online at https://nppes..cms.hhs.gov/NPPES/NPIRegistryHome.do
